Thank you! It's definitely meant to be a fleshing-out fic, so ... in part it's just tacking things onto canon, but of course that's reading canon, and then there's inventing stuff and trying to make it fit, so it's really interesting to do despite being P&P with some extra bits.

And thanks about Georgiana! I like the bond between them, but I don't see them as instant BFFs, so I was trying to create a sort of messy sympathy with a dash of protectiveness—I'm glad that came through. I honestly hadn't thought about Elizabeth herself actually experiencing something of what Georgiana is (definitely a first for her!), but it's 100% accurate.
