Heh, I think the solo visit at the Collinses is interestingly sort of on and off, where he vacillates between this is fine :D and backing away, but it's more about his internal vacillating than any uncertainty about her! It is a total trainwreck.

(I also love Elizabeth's theory that she keeps coincidentally running into him in places where she told him she'd be because he's masochistically punishing himself!)
