Oh, this is fantastic! I especially love all the points of divergence: Han recognizing the Skywalker-and-Kenobi team and the Leia-Lucy sister-bonding and the way Lucy overtly idolizes her father (which is canon but not canon if that makes any sense) and if there was ever a character who benefits from being written by an Austen-fan it is Leia Organa. And then the Rebels being misogynist jerks as much as the Empire at least where pilots are concerned but Han actually being less of one and, wow, this is awesome!
(And, all right, but this, even more than canon, makes me want a universe with Vader raising his offspring. Because the former Anakin Skywalker with adoring twin tomboys capering about at his heels is so wrong that it comes around to be right.)
