After these many years, it’s occurred to me that my Faramir/Éowyn vs Faramir/Aragorn angst is basically just my Darcy/Elizabeth vs Darcy/Fitzwilliam angst, But More.
#i ship darcy/elizabeth like burning and m/m doesn't do a lot for me so i mostly just sulk now and then #about the near nonexistence of darcy/fitzwilliam #i love f/é but not as much as d/e so the pull of faramir/aragorn is more ....... strongly felt #if either faramir/aragorn or darcy/fitzwilliam were femslash the struggle would be so real #anyway ot3s are my saving grace #the f!faramir verse is totally éowyn/fíriel/aragorn #and someday i'll write the elizabeth/darcy/fitzwilliam that haunts me
