[spoiler for the Lucyverse]

I'm having a lot of feelings about how Leia will deal with Anakin/Vader's legacy while simultaneously embracing siblinghood in the Lucyverse, which is ... okay, [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] so that changes some things, but I mean the situation to be also in close dialogue with canon. And I just find it really interesting in canon, too, because Luke firmly thought of himself as an orphan and then his father was this terror and then he died for him, which is one thing, but Leia had a father. But almost everyone in her life is gone and then her best friend is her long-lost twin—but only through Anakin Skywalker and the natural mother she dimly remembers. She has, in some ways, more to process (less in other ways, of course). But she and Lucy are so close and love each other so much that it's a net gain for her, I think—but there's a lot of baggage that the revelation is going to come with.

(Not saying how the revelation happens, lol. It's not the same as canon, though.)
