I've never really thought about Darcy being asexual, but fandom's hypersexual Darcy makes no sense to me. This may be why your fic pinged for me when other people's didn't. I wasn't reading your stories as "Darcy is asexual", I was reading them as "Darcy is not obsessed with sex to the exclusion of all other thoughts" which seemed reasonable to me.
