I think snowflake plus new and ongoing LJ TOS nonsense has more people active on DW right now. Hopefully it continues.

I definitely hope so! There were also some Tumblr formatting changes that just had me going ... ugh, this site is so doomed, I should use Dreamwidth more, so that might have prodded a few people to somewhere that feels more reliable. I know I've seen some activity on my older posts about Dreamwidth over there!
