This is where it was originally posted (and at LJ)—you can see by the date that the pet peeve goes back a ways.

Occasionally people will tell me, "oh, nobody's saying Luke isn't like Anakin, it's just what people always talk about, so we're pushing back a bit." And I'm like... where is this mystical haven where people talk about Anakin and Luke as profoundly similar, because I was losing patience with the inescapability of Luke=Padmé, Leia=Anakin, Luke and Leia are polar opposites in 2011.
