Apparently, Georgiana came on to him, and he was all 'hell, no, you're fifteen and my godfather's daughter' and such, and she was so livid that she turned around and lied to Darcy and... yeah. Obviously they wanted to subvert everything we accept as truth in P&P whether it made sense or not, but this one was both senseless and incredibly offensive.

It was apparently a euphemism for her body. Something like 'okay, not a dream, I'm really physically here' or some such, but all of a sudden I've thought of about nine different ways that could be horrible horrible innuendo. OMG, no.
