I reblogged this post from alphacrone about loving a character at 13 for being cool and smart and capable, while loving a character "now" who is endearingly stupid. The OP had reblogged the original post with the addition that people frequently responding that both statements are about the same character were "incredibly valid," which was the version I reblogged.
