I had planned to write a Mrs Gardiner POV, and ... did struggle through about two pages of it, but I missed Elizabeth's and was like ... eh, maybe I'll switch back.

I tried Elizabeth's this morning and promptly wrote over four pages of the next chapter. *\0/*

Well if that doesn't say something about who your (second most) favorite character is ;) I sometimes find that when I have a clear favorite in a ship, I'll often end up writing the other half of the ship's POV a little more because it gives a different lens to write them from, rather than being strictly about that character's POV.

But P&P also has other features which fic writing brings out, so that's also a special case.

Haha, guilty. I remember writing my m!Elizabeth and f!Darcy fic almost entirely from Hal/Elizabeth's POV despite writing it almost solely for f!Darcy. I prefer Jyn's POV a lot, too. But of course, it's also mehhh to write about people I'm not super invested in—I keep being like, okay this is cool, but what is SHE feeling??? on top of the other lens for my fave.
