IMO it's pretty important (and often overlooked) that the immediate context is Han misrepresenting her rejection of him to Luke. She kisses Luke to reinforce that rejection, IMO—it's still about Han, but I don't think there's any more calculation to it than that. She's just angry.
"She's actually trying to make Han jealous" is a possible reading, but it's not the only one and it's pretty frustrating that people act as if it is.
