I keep reminding myself not to be too disheartened that it’s so close (even if Biden is likely to win), because beating an incumbent is hard—

—my first election was 2004 and, at 18, I truly didn’t believe Dubya could win again, so him winning for real was a rough wake-up call—

and it’s probably only possible because 45 is such a trashfire, etc etc.
