(no subject)

I'm super picky about fic these days (not that I wasn't always, but ... more), AND YET I found a couple of Korvira ones I like! 

I had to weed out a lot of Korrasami and A/B/O to find them, but I liked scumtrout's Rules Are Rules in a bittersweet way, and just enjoyed the hell out of shadaras's teenage friends-to-girlfriends AU, All Ablaze With Light. I live!

meanwhile, the other giant AU

I was thinking of the Final Boss Amon AU vs the Rearrangement AU, and while I do like the former for a lot of reasons, there are various issues that have reminded me of why I liked the Rearrangement AU so much. 

Brief run-down: Final Boss organizes the seasons by starting in the South Pole and getting Unavaatu out of the way first, but following the canonical sequence apart from that (Zaheer -> Kuvira -> Amon). OTOH, the Rearrangement organizes them by ascending villain threat—according to me!—starting with Zaheer et al (giving Air an airbending villain), rising to Amon and the Equalists, Kuvira and the Earth Empire, and finally Vaatu.
