Hah! When I was cropping the lexicon entries, I actually had the stray thought lol literally shore-jewel would have to be … like, pearl. But I stand by my headcanon that in this case it was for Finduilas!
It would be pretty cute if Faramir Took was named for both the Steward of Gondor and Aunt Pearl, though.
